Our meal is to be prepared at a cost of £40 per head inclusive of VAT and service charge - Please note we can only post a sample menu as the evenings menu is created on the day for us. If you have any special requests, or would like to ask for a dish currently on the Boathouse menu, there is a link to this menu under the sample menu. Please let the organisers know if you would like any of these dishes or something similar, but be aware that this may increase the cost of your individual meal. Home cured gravad lax with blinis and dill dressing ~ Avocado salad with smoked chicken and prawns Artichoke heart with wild mushroom and Hollandaise sauce ~ Fish soup with rouille and Gruyere ~ Tomato and avocado salad with fresh Basil vinaigrette ~ Game terrine with warm toasted brioche and onion compote ~ Crispy duck and salade frisee

Main Courses

Lamb knuckle with Moroccan jus and couscous ~ Calves liver and bacon ~ Escalope of Salmon Hollandaise Supreme of sesame chicken and wild mushrooms with creamy curry sauce ~ Fillet of seabass with spinach and Bearnaise sauce ~ Rumpsteak and wild mushroom sauce

Desserts

Poached pear with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce ~ Hot apple and blackcurrant crumble with cream ~ Chocolate rum truffle cake with coffee parfait glacee ~ Hot treacle sponge with real custard ~ Selection of soft and hard farmhouse cheeses ~ Selection of fresh fruits with sorbet and raspberry sauce

 

The meal is finished with coffee served with homemade truffles and macaroons
