TMYC 2003 Up River Cruise Booking Form

This electronic form has been created to make booking your 2003 Up River cruise easier and quicker. Just follow the step by step instructions to send your details straight to the organisers. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us by e-mail on upriver@btopenworld.com

Please be aware that this form will only let you apply to join the cruise. Your place is not assured until you receive confirmation from the organisers that your application is accepted.

Regretably we cannot accept applications from non-TMYC members or non-boating members without the approval of our current Commodore (this year it is Bill Amos). If you are a non-member and would like to join our cruise, please contact the organisers using e-mail The Angel on the home page, giving them details of your boat and any other club memberships, and your application will be considered. If you are a non-boating member, please contact the organisers with details of the events you would like to attend, and your application will be considered. If you are a guest onboard a TMYC boat the skipper of that boat should make the booking as normal, and approval will not be required for your presence.

Skippers, please give us details of your guests, even if they are only on board for one day, and whether or not they are participating in the days events or the evening receptions.

Please choose your cruise from one of the following options:

If you select full cruise you will automatically be booked in for dinner and a mooring at each event, including the ATYC weekend (does not include competition entry), for all those people named in Skipper and Crew. To add your guests for an event, please put their details in the guests box below. Do not select full cruise if you do not want to do every event.

This section gives you options. To book for an event select it from the list below by clicking on the box next to the event. If you are not booking for an event, do not click the box. You can un-select by clicking the box again.

If you have selected to do all of the Cruise, you do not need to fill in this section of the form. Bookings are assumed to be for all those named in the Skipper and Crew box at the top of this form. If you wish to book different numbers for an event use the dialogue box at the bottom of this section. DO NOT USE THIS PART OF THE FORM TO BOOK YOUR MOORINGS IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE EVENT- you will have an opportunity to book moorings alone further down the form.

Use this box to give us the number of people expected at these events if the number is other than those listed under skipper and crew. You need only list the events that differ. For example, if there are two people in the skipper and crew box, then two people are now booked for the events you selected above. If only one person is dining at an event this needs to be noted below along with their name. If you are having extra people at an event, they need to be noted here by name and the event they wish to attend.

To book moorings for days when you are not attending an event select them from the list below. You do not have to book moorings if you are already booked in for an event.

Don't forget to tell us of any dietary needs, be it fish, vegetarian, low fat, diabetic, etc...

If you would like to hold a reception at any of the stops (except Shillingford, Moulsford or Henley), please give us your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of venue. We do not recommend hosting a reception first night out.

Your form should now be complete. Go back over it carefully, making sure you have selected only those events you wish to attend, and that you have filled in all the necessary information.

Once you have double checked your responses you have two options, Submit Form or Reset Form. If you press Submit you will send your form to the organisers, who will respond in due course. If you press Reset it will clear all of your responses from the form. Only press reset if you decide to start over. Only click once on submit. If you click it more than once it will submit multiple forms.
